AEG ID develops high-quality transponder and reader solutions for applications used in a variety of tasks, ranging from filling containers to managing logistics for barrels and kegs. The transponders are particularly suitable for tracing containers, as confirmed by a VLB study. Transponders are available for all common stainless steel barrels and PU kegs.

Keg transponder
The technology is optimized for mounting on stainless steel like on containers and vehicles. The transponder is qualified for micro welding methods. It is mostly used in keg or barrel identification. Our flat disc transponders are used with PU coated Kegs, either refitted in the rim of the keg or from factory underneath the Datix field

The AEG ID Ethernet converter can be used to upgrade stationary RS232 readers. Weather new or existing readers can be easily integrated into an ethernet network.
ARE H9 LF
The ARE H9 is a hand held reader with a medium read range available in low or high frequency. It is particularly suited for non automated data capture in livestock management applications as well as industry & logistic applications.

The antenna ANN X1 is a passive unit designed for the ARE i5 MTX reader.The antenna is used for static and dynamic applications in automation technologies.
AAN FK6
The antenna AAN FK6 is an active and a highly sensitive transmission and receiving unit designed for the reader ARE K1. Because of the special design of the receiving coils, electromagnetic noise and cross over of the transmission magnetic field are automatically compensated. Therefore optimized, reading results are obtained even in noisy industrial environments. Because of its long reading distance, it is primarily used for production control in car assembly lines and paint shop applications as well as in keg logistics.
